Are you new to The School Boards (TSB)? We've got some tips to help you get started. If you're brand new to the community, do read our Community Etiquette & Guidelines (http://theschoolboards.com/showthread.php/15-Community-Etiquette-amp-Guidelines?p=15#post15) so you don't break any rules or step on any toes.

This board is focused on everything school-related, from general education issues to discussions about specific schools. If you happen to be in the wrong board, don't fret. Simply click on the Forum tab in the navigation bar above to see the complete list of boards available.

Have Advice, Suggestions or Answers?
If you have advice, suggestions or answers, dive right in and post away. The network of parents here appreciate any wisdom and knowledge you can share. Each added piece of information makes the community that much richer.

Have a Question?
There are no stupid questions so don't be shy! We're all just trying to be more educated so we can make the best school decision possible for our kids. TSB parents are a great resource, but help them help you by being as specific as you can when phrasing your question. If you've done some of your own research, mention what you found so they can help fill in the gaps, rather than rehashing what you already know.

Looking for Something Specific?
There's a 'Search' field in the navigation bar of every page. Just add your keywords and go. On the search results page, you can change your search criteria to add more keywords, or change your sort order or the dates you're interested in. If you want to search by specific forums, specific thread prefixes or other criteria, click on the 'Advanced Search' link for richer search functionality.
