Burke's head of school Kim Wargo leaving at end of school yr

I just heard that Burke's head of school Kim Wargo is leaving the school at the end of the school year. Anybody know why? We really liked her when we met her at the open house. Now the school needs to replace two key positions?

She is moving to Dallas to become Headmistress of The Hockaday School effective July 1, 2011. Hockaday is the largest independent all-girls’ school in the country with more than 1,000 day and boarding students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade and a $100 million endowment.
